I sold my townhome with him while living 4 hours away from the home and he took care of every detail for me, from scheduling a painter, to removing furniture and helping with other tasks - the stress he took off of me in the process was priceless. Jonathan was also very knowledgeable about various aspects of real estate and aggressive in his sales approach; he helped me close the deal in a timely manner, even when the market was not the best at the time. I wish I knew more people to refer to him because he truly was that great.
